Rogério Pacheco
25 years of experience in the finance industry, mainly in investment banking. He was a Managing Partner of BI&P – Banco Indusval & Partners from 2013 to 2016. From 2007 to 2013, he was a founding partner of VOGA, a corporate finance and private equity boutique which was sold to BI&P in 2013. Rogério was also Director of M&A and Project Finance at Santander Brazil from 2004 to 2006, and before that he was the Director responsible for M&A at ING Barings in Brasil. Rogério initiated his career at Patrimônio/Salomon Brothers Bank in São Paulo and New York as an equity research analyst. He holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV/EAESP and credits in Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo – USP.
Davi Cade
33 years of experience in the logistics and infrastructure sector and in the private equity industry. He worked at Banco Bamerindus in 1983/84, and at Vale from 1984 to 2004 where he was responsible for managing ports and railways, and for developing projects in Brazil and abroad. Davi worked at CSN from 2004 to 2012 as Logistics’ Director and CEO of the Sepetiba Tecon container terminal. From 2012 to 2014, he became partner and CEO of AGN Logística and from 2014 until 2016 he served as a partner of BR Ports, which was a consortium formed by SAAM S.A. and GP Investments. Davi was also board member at MRS Logistics, CBS Pension, and the Port Authority Council of the ports of São Luis/MA, Vitória/ES, Rio de Janeiro/RJ and Itaguaí/RJ. He holds a degree in Engineering from UFES, a MBA from COPPEAD and specialization at Kellogg School of Management and Wharton Business School.
Alexandre Dória
30 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, having worked for ING Barings, Patrimônio/Salomon Brothers, DLJ, CSFB/Garantia and Citigroup. Alexandre was a Managing Partner of BI&P – Banco Indusval & Partners from 2013 to 2016. From 2006 to 2013, Mr. Dória was a founding partner of VOGA, a corporate finance and private equity boutique which was sold to BI&P in 2013. Alexandre holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Úrsula University, with an MBA from the University of Birmingham (UK) and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (USA).
